Well, today i'm gonna talk about music.
Lately i've been finding some very cool tunes but there are some new bands that i was introduced to a while back by a good friend.
These bands i would like to recommend to any one who likes music like : The klaxons, CSS, Daft Punk etc.
First things first: Metronomy
These are an electric music group.
The current band consists of Joseph Mount(Composer, Singer, Keyboards and Guitar), Oscar Cash (Saxophone, Backing Vocals and Keyboards) and Gabriel Stebbing (Keyboards, Backing Vocals and Bass Guitar)
I once visited Oscar Cash's myspace music page, he had some pretty sweet redo's of songs worth checking out especially his version of golden skans.
Songs that i would recommend are : Radio Ladio, My Heart Rapid, Thing for me (i don't know if they have released this yet) and Heartbreaker.
Second recommendation: Late Of The Pier (LOTP)
They have done some amazing stuff that makes you just wana get up and groove along.
I like all the songs on their album "Fantasy Black Channel" of which i would recommend also. Particularly i like : The Bears are Coming, Space and the Woods, Broken and Bathroom Gurgle.
Thirdly (for people who like Kate Nash or folk/acoutic stuff): Laura Marling
She does Folk-Pop and man has she got some beautiful songs going on.
My mother introduced me to her music and the first song i fell in love with was "The Man Who Sings About Romance", i have seen this brilliant tune go by a few other names such as The Man Sings and The Man He Sings, i can't find it on youtube but i did find it on imeem.
Some other songs i really do love by her are: Ghosts, Mexico and It's Only My Opinion.
I don't hear about many people liking these artist very often but they, in my opinion, are worth a listen, you might find a song you like.
Be sure to tell me if you're a fellow fan or even just say that you liked something here or even recommend something else by these people.
So dig open those earholes and let the music flow~~
